Lake Fairview

Lake Fairview Park is one of the most popular parks in North Carolina. There are about 9 different facilities available for residents of our community. Each facility provides a different experience to the user.

For example, we have 2 playgrounds, 4 basketball courts, 4 baseball/softball fields, a skateboard park, a dog park, a volleyball court, and pavilions. You can visit the park anytime you want. You can play softball at the baseball fields or spend time with your family at the picnic pavilions.

There are no fees to use these facilities. We ask you to follow the rules to make the park better for everyone. First, we ask you to pick up your garbage. This includes anything that is left on the ground.
